How Lulla works
Lulla is a transparent planning tool. It combines age bands, plausible nap rhythms and the current awake time to produce a range—not a guarantee.
Inputs
- Age in months
- Time awake since
- Selected day rhythm
- Optional “more tired” or “poorly/teething” adjustment
Outputs
- Next nap or bedtime window
- Wake-window length
- Suggested nap-duration range when the next sleep is a nap
- Suggested wind-down time
Evidence and limitations
Official sleep guidance generally focuses on broad total sleep needs rather than exact wake windows by month. Wake-window tables are therefore practical heuristics and should be used alongside the baby’s cues and professional advice where needed.
No medical claims
Lulla does not diagnose, treat or prevent sleep or health conditions. It is general planning guidance.
